Project Fox is a young and ambitious company based in Hollebeke/Ypres. We are active in several niche markets, including professional nail equipment, manicure tables, and dog crates. Our business is growing rapidly, which is why we are looking for commercial talent to help build our international success story.

Your Challenge

As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio across Europe. You will actively seek out new opportunities and build long-lasting customer relationships.

Specifically, this means you will:

• Actively engage in cold prospecting via phone, email, personalized letters, and other commercial actions;
• Identify and contact potential new clients within the European market;
• Guide clients from initial contact all the way to closing the sale;
• Remain responsible for your client portfolio and continuously expand it;
• Work closely with your colleague who is responsible for the Benelux market;
• Contribute ideas regarding commercial strategies and growth opportunities.

Because we are a growing business, you also enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed. You support the team in the warehouse where necessary—for example, preparing orders, receiving deliveries, or guiding student workers. There is a dedicated warehouse manager present, but we strongly value flexibility and team spirit.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a commercial mindset and gain energy from making new connections;
• You are not afraid to make phone calls and actively engage in prospecting;
• You are eager to learn and love taking initiative;
• You hold a degree in a commercial field (such as sales, marketing, business management, communication, etc.) OR you have relevant experience in a commercial role;
• You speak and write fluently in English and French;
• Knowledge of German is a strong asset;
• You have sufficient command of Dutch to communicate smoothly with colleagues;
• You hold a valid category B driver’s license;
• You are flexible and love growing alongside a rapidly developing company.

• Negotiable working hours:
  • Full-time: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday until 3:00 PM;
  • A 4/5th employment scheme is also possible.

Practical Information

Our office is located in Hollebeke. Since the company is difficult to reach by public transport and you will occasionally make client visits, having your own car and driver’s license is required. Expected start date: September / October.
